Coach Max Hill

Coach Max Hill has been a fixture in the Rochester-area lacrosse community for as long as he can remember. His passion for the game started early, inspired by his father, who helped establish the Victor Youth Lacrosse Club and laid the foundation for the program it is today. Max continued that legacy, playing high school lacrosse at Victor, where he graduated in 2012, before continuing his playing career at SUNY Brockport.

Following his collegiate career, Max quickly transitioned into coaching, bringing his experience and love for the game to the sidelines. He has coached at Pittsford, Webster Thomas, and is now back at his alma mater as the JV Head Coach at Victor. His passion for coaching stems from his desire to make a lasting impact on young athletes, using the lessons learned through sports to help shape their lives.

Outside of lacrosse, Max enjoys spending time on the lake, boating, and fishing. He is also a high school physical education teacher at Victor High School, where he continues to inspire and educate students both in the classroom and on the field.
