Develop Skill, Character, and Confidence
The FCA Lacrosse Girls Program provides year-round development that blends elite training, meaningful competition, and Christ-centered mentorship. Our focus is on helping girls grow as athletes and as people — on the field, in the classroom, and in life.
Program Includes:
- Year-round training with experienced coaches who care about individual growth
- Team competition at regional and national tournaments that challenge and develop players
- Skill development camps & individual training to build confidence and mastery
- Character building & mentoring within a positive, faith-focused team culture
Tryouts
2026–2027 Tryouts — will be held in mid July
Our tryouts are designed to give players a chance to showcase their skills, gain feedback, and experience our coaching approach. Coaches focus on what players do well and how they can grow — we want every athlete to leave feeling encouraged and valued.
Fields
In the fall and summer teams practice at Look Up Park in Henrietta. During the indoor season FCA utilizes facilities throughout the Rochester area.
