Tryouts

2026–27 Tryouts — Mid-July
Our tryouts are designed to showcase your skills and give you meaningful feedback. Coaches focus on what players are doing well and help them grow.

FCA thoughtfully assembles competitive teams that challenge players to reach their full potential while fostering a culture of accountability, discipline, and respect. We believe every athlete has a role in a team's success, and our coaches are committed to developing the entire roster—not just a select few players.

At FCA, talent matters, but character matters just as much. Players are taught to lead, communicate, support their teammates, and elevate those around them. We believe great players are measured not only by their individual performance, but by their ability to make everyone around them better.

Practice location:

FCA Practices in Henrietta NY during the fall and summer seasons. During the winter, we train at various facilities around Rochester NY.
