Coach Jordon Deats

Coach Jordon Deats is a passionate lacrosse coach with a strong playing background and a commitment to developing athletes both on and off the field. A former midfielder at Roberts Wesleyan, Jordon gained valuable experience in leadership, strategy, and player development while competing at the collegiate level. He also earned a degree in exercise science, providing him with a deep understanding of athletic performance, strength training, and injury prevention—key components of his coaching approach.


Jordon’s connection to FCA Lacrosse began as a player on the 2020 team, an experience that deepened his love for the game and reinforced his desire to mentor young athletes. Throughout college, he remained heavily involved in coaching, working with youth and high school players to develop their skills, knowledge, and confidence on the field. His ability to teach the game while fostering a positive, competitive environment has made him a valuable mentor for aspiring athletes.


Now committed to coaching as a lifelong pursuit, Jordon strives to build well-rounded players by emphasizing discipline, teamwork, and a strong work ethic. He is dedicated to helping athletes reach their full potential, using his experience, education, and passion for the sport to make a lasting impact in the lacrosse community.
