Coach Erica joined the FCA coaching ranks in 2025, following a tremendous playing career with FCA. Erica currently attends Roberts Weslyan University, and is studying Criminal Justice. 

Erica is known for her ability to connect with players and create a positive, encouraging environment where athletes feel supported and challenged. She focuses on developing strong fundamentals, increasing lacrosse IQ, and building confidence in each player, while also instilling values of discipline, accountability, and perseverance.
