FCA Lacrosse is excited to announce our first ever camp in Buffalo! Camps have been apart of FCA Lacrosse since the beginning of our club and for the first time we are taking a camp outside of Rochester and headed to Buffalo! Our experienced coaches will provide personalized instruction and skill development in a fun and competitive environment.
Join us for a day of lacrosse training, team-building activities, and character development. You'll have the opportunity to learn from some of the best coaches in the game, make new friends, and have a blast on and off the field.
This camp is open to all youth lacrosse players both boys and girls! Our practice plan will be written to accommodate players who are new to the game as well as experienced players. Players do need full lacrosse equipment however!

Sample Camp Schedule
9:15 - 9:30 | Check-In
9:30 - 9:40 | Camp Begins and Welcome
9:40 - 11:00 | Practice #1
Practice #1 will be focused on fundamental lacrosse skills like cradling, passing and catching, dodging, groundballs, shooting etc.
11:00 - 12:00 | Program
Program consists of icebreaking games, a short message on faith, and a team huddle to discuss how we can use what we learned in the message.
12:00 - 1:00 | Practice #2
Practice #2 will be focused on game like scenarios and play. We believe the best way to improve in lacrosse is by repeated play.
1:00 | Camp Concludes
